Renee, I can almost taste this meal! I have to admit you had me at boiled shrimp! I wish I was as inspired to cook. Most days, it’s the easy to fix variety. Maybe someday I’ll hear the calling and throw on an apron. I hope! 🙂
Lovely recipe. Sadly my Thai green curry paste wasn’t as hot as I wanted it, but it was tasty. Will definitely make again .
