About Writingfeemail; aka Renee Johnson

Renee Johnson is the author of Behind The Mask, Herald Angels, Acquisition, and The Haunting of William Gray. She is currently working on a Young Adult novel, while editing a suspense novel which has international flair–an homage to her love of travel and foreign food.

Renee is a fellow of Noepe Literary Center in Edgartown, Massachusetts, and University of Iowa’s Novel Intensive Study.  Also among her accomplishments, are two terms with The Essoyes School in Essoyes, France, and Monastic Writing Workshop in Orvieto, Italy.

She lives on a farm in North Carolina with her husband, Tony Johnson, and two very spoiled German shepherds named Hansel and Gretel.

Renee Johnson loves to write about travel and everyday observances. You can read some of her work at:- runner up winner of 2011 travel catergory,
www.bonjourparis.com/story/day-trip-essoyes-champagne-atelier-renoir/ – travel article, and the Study Abroad Honorable Mention Submission.

In addition to the writingfeemail blog, she maintains a website at ReneeJohnsonWrites.
Johnson is working on two novels, is a member of The Author’s Guild, North Carolina Writers Network, Women’s National Book Association, Romance Writers of America, and She Writes.

Although she has been blessed with a terrific blogging tribe and has participated in the awards often traded among kind bloggers, she feels that the comments and suggestions are the truest awards that the author of a blog site can receive.

You can also find her on twitter, instagram, facebook, pinterest, and Amazon’s Author Page.

  2. Hello Renee,

I found your blog while reading different stories about the soon-to-be closure of many post offices in the U.S. I love the angle your blog is coming from – your unique experiences definitely give great background to what you write about. I would encourage you to check out this Newsy video that touches on the recent news of the soon-to-be closure of many U.S. post offices.

I was hoping you would embed the video in your post. It would compliment your story well and provide some more background on the story for your readers. I look forward to hearing from you!
